Using the Extension

Basic Setup

  1. Select your preferred calendar from the dropdown menu
  2. Choose the meeting start date and time
  3. Set the meeting end time
  4. Enter a meeting title
  5. Click "Generate Link" to create your meeting

Note: The extension will automatically copy to clipboard the generated link.

Duo Mode Settings

In Duo Mode, meetings are synchronized between two calendars. This is especially useful when working with shared calendars.

Common Use Case:

  • You create meetings in a shared calendar (like "Hidden Meetings")
  • The Meet link is stored in your Hidden Meetings calendar
  • A copy appears in your team's calendar for visibility
  • You maintain host privileges through the Hidden Meetings calendar

Department Use Case:

  • Executive assistants storing meetings in their Hidden Meetings calendar
  • Meeting details are displayed in the department calendar
  • Assistant maintains host access through Hidden Meetings
  • Perfect for managing multiple calendars while maintaining meeting control
